Job summary

TravisMathew in Walnut Creek is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead in-store sales, deliver exceptional service, and promote a high-performance sales culture. You will drive revenue while ensuring a premium customer experience on the floor and in fitting rooms.

You will mentor part-time and seasonal staff, maintain strong product knowledge, coordinate visual merchandising, and help execute store events and CRM activities to foster repeat business and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–3 years retail store management experience.
• 2 years’ experience in a client services capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Instill an approachable and efficient sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop a following of repeat clients to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of apparel each season, including fit, fabric and intended use of the line.
• Participate in and assist with the creation of effective product and visual merchandising in the store to drive sales and create a positive customer experience.
• Participate in store events and CRM activities to reward repeat business and engage customers.
• Mentor part-time and seasonal client associates and support recruitment/training.
