Job summary

Foot Locker in Frisco, TX is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support the Store Manager, drive sales, coach the team, and maintain daily store operations. You’ll lead on the floor with energy, ensure customer satisfaction, and own store execution with a strong ownership mindset.

The role requires 1+ year retail experience, strong communication, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a proactive, reliable attitude.

Qualifications

1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions for customers.
Coach the team to deliver great service and keep customers excited to shop.
Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
Help manage daily store operations, opening/closing, cash handling, and coverage.
Take ownership of store execution and follow safety and SOPs.
Leverage retail tech to enhance the customer experience and store operations.
Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled and participate in hiring and training.
