Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to partner with the Store Manager, ignite sneaker culture, and drive sales through energetic leadership. You’ll coach the team, own floor presence, and ensure a seamless customer experience across shifts.

You’ll manage daily operations, support hiring and training, and model the “Always on, Never no” mindset to deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions to every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping the team close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Move with purpose to keep the store organized, customer ready, and running smoothly.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers, teammates, and product.
