Job summary

Foot Locker Fort Worth seeks a part-time Sales Lead to bring sneaker culture to life by leading with energy, ownership, and purpose. This role supports the Store Manager in driving sales results, coaching the team, and keeping the store running strong day in and day out.

Sales Leads are hands-on leaders who stay connected to customers and teammates, fostering an “Always on, Never no” atmosphere and delivering a great customer experience on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail experience preferred in leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, ownership and solutions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling and floor coverage.
• Maintain store organization, safety, and SOPs; take ownership of execution.
• Leverage retail tech to enhance customer experience and store efficiency.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled and support hiring and training.
