Foot Locker in Lubbock, TX is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to drive sales and lead the floor with energy and ownership. You will coach the team, support store operations, and help deliver a great customer experience on a fast-paced retail floor.

You’ll work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, act as Manager on Duty when scheduled, and contribute to store goals while upholding company standards and policies.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of retail experience with leadership or key holding exposure.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and share product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Open/close the store, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Maintain store organization and safety procedures.
