Foot Locker is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to energize the floor, coach the team, and support the Store Manager in driving sales. You’ll be hands-on, focused on delivering a great customer experience and ensuring store standards are met.

You’ll lead with urgency, engage customers, and help the team close the loop on sales while maintaining daily store operations and safety procedures. This role offers opportunities for growth within the Foot Locker family.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience or equivalent leadership exposure.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Familiarity with KPIs and store operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead on the sales floor with energy and customer-focused mindset.
• Coach team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the sale.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Keep store organized and running smoothly while following safety procedures.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled and assist with hiring and training.
