Job summary

Cash America Pawn is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Earn $13.00 to $19.00 per hour with a commission on transactions, plus benefits typical to FirstCash locations.

The role involves greeting customers, processing sales and loans, and maintaining a neat store environment. Our associates can earn additional regularly through commissions up to 8% of gross profit, with Earned Wage Access and 401k after six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work in a pawn store with both lending and retail duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand needs and offer financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions per policies and procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean and merchandise displayed.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve problems with professionalism.
• Work with staff across lending and retail to deliver a positive customer experience.
