Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform duties for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to drive sales and financial services.
• Process sales, loans, and other transactions as per policies.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and attractive displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items according to procedures.
• Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
