Cash America Pawn is seeking entry-level, part-time Retail Sales Associate positions in our pawn stores. The job offers an hourly wage of $12.00 to $15.00 plus commissions based on personal productivity.

Earned wage access, 401k eligibility after 6 months, and employee discounts are part of the package. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, handling cash, and maintaining store presentation.

Qualificações

• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems preferred.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and engage with them to offer financial solutions and merchandise.
• Perform open/close procedures and maintain a clean, stocked sales floor.
• Process sales and loan transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Handle cash and negotiable items according to procedures.
• Answer calls and explain pawn/legal aspects to customers.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Complete required training and perform other duties as assigned.
