Job summary

Cash America Pawn seeks entry-level, part-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn stores nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and ensure a positive shopping experience across a wide range of merchandise.

Pay starts at $14.00–$18.00 per hour with commission based on productivity. Earned wage access, discounts, 401k after 6 months, and a flexible schedule are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform non-management open/close procedures.
• Keep sales floor clean, stocked, and display merchandise.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policies and procedures.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per company rules.
• Assist with customer inquiries and problem resolution.
