Cash America Pawn is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This entry-level role supports lending and retail transactions, greets customers, and helps with inventory and product displays.

The position offers hourly pay of $20.29 to $21.25 per hour plus a commission on transactions, with up to 8% potential. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age (WA: 21).

• Cash handling experience preferred.
