Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with sales, pawn and short-term loans, and maintain a welcoming sales floor. You will participate in a commission structure on top of hourly pay, with opportunities to earn up to 8% commission based on performance.

Earned Wage Access is available after day 2, and employee discounts start on day one. The role offers flexible weekend hours, with most stores operating 9AM–6PM and some locations closed

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable handling merchandise (including firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and guide customers through pawn and short-term loan services.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value for buy/sell/loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
