Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Production to process and sort donated items, price and test them, and determine which items go to the sales floor. You will help keep the sales floor stocked and presentable and may assist customers with service.

This part-time role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a production environment. Prior retail experience is helpful; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Occasional donation work may occur.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and sort donated items by type and quality.
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare items for the sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Rotate or pull old or unsold product to refresh selection.
