Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Production to process donated items into inventory and prepare them for the sales floor. You will sort by category, price, and quality, and ensure the sales area is well stocked and presentable while providing friendly customer service.

This role may involve testing items, tagging, pricing, and occasional e-commerce tasks. A high school diploma is preferred with retail experience and flexibility for weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards.
• Ability to assess quality and value of product and pricing.
• Ability to see color and assess quality and value of product and pricing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to use a dolly and pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds productivity standards and KPI expectations.
• Sort donated items by type and prepare for sale.
• Hang, size, price, tag, and merchandise items on the floor.
• Inspect and quick test items to ensure good working condition.
• Price items according to quality and value standards.
• Keep production and sales floor areas organized and clean.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers.
• Rotate or refresh product to maintain varied selection.
• May assist with processing E-Commerce items.
