Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Production to process donated items into inventory and decide which items go to the sales floor, following our quality standards. You will price, test, tag, and stock products while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This role supports multiple areas such as hardlines, softlines, housewares, electronics, and books, works with a team, and may assist with donations.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards.
• Ability to assess quality and value of product and pricing, researching value as necessary.
• Color vision and ability to assess quality and value of product and pricing.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, managers, supervisors, staff, and peers.
• Must be able to use a dolly and pallet jack as required.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed minimum productivity standards and KPI expectations for assigned duties.
• Sort donated items by type (books, media, textiles, housewares, etc.).
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare items for sale on the sales floor.
• Inspect and quick test items to ensure good working condition.
• Price items according to quality/value guidelines and standards.
• Keep production and sales floor areas well organized and stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers.
• Rotate old or unsold products to refresh selection.
• Support E-Commerce product processing as needed.
• Follow all retail center policies and safety procedures.
