Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Production to process donated items into inventory for store shelves and online listings. You will price, tag, and test items while maintaining an organized sales floor and delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, with potential duties across hardlines, softlines, housewares, electronics, and more.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and decision-making ability required.
• Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards.
• Ability to assess quality and pricing and do research as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated items by type and price for sale.
• Prepare items for the floor: hang, size, price, tag.
• Inspect items for workability and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers.
• Maintain organized, clean sales floor and back-stock areas.
