Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Production in Englewood, CO. You will process and sort donated items, determine placement for sale, price, and test items to ensure they meet quality standards.

You may assist in multiple areas and support the sales floor with organized merchandise and friendly customer service. The role requires attention to detail, ability to use basic tech, and flexibility to work in a donation-driven environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sort donated items by type (books, media, textiles, housewares, etc.).
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare items to be sold on the sales floor.
• Inspect and quick test items to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Price items according to quality and value, researching price as needed.
• Maintain organized, well-stocked, and presentable sales floor areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer product questions as needed.
• Rotate or pull old or unsold product to refresh selection.
