Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Production to process donated items and determine which items go to the sales floor. You will price, tag, test, and prepare items while maintaining a well-stocked, organized sales floor and delivering excellent customer service.

You may assist in various departments as needed and work in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes quality standards and team collaboration. Strong attention to detail and reliable communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• One (1) year of retail experience is preferred.
• Must have attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards.
• Ability to assess quality and value of product and pricing, researching value as necessary.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, managers, supervisors, staff, and peers.

Responsibilities

• Process donated items and sort by type to determine items for sales floor.
• Price, tag, and prepare items for sale.
• Inspect items for functionality; test as needed.
• Keep sales floor organized, well-stocked, and presentable.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to product questions.
