Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Production in Golden to process and sort donated items, price and tag them for sale, and keep the sales floor stocked in an organized and presentable way.

The role may involve working in various departments such as hardlines, softlines, housewares, electronics, books, or shoes, and may include occasional donation processing while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Ability to operate the dolly and pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated items by type (books, media, textiles, housewares, etc.).
• Hang, size and price, tag, and prepare items to be sold on the sales floor.
• Inspect and quick test items to ensure workable condition.
• Price items according to quality and value guidelines.
• Keep production and sales floor areas organized and clean.
