Lids Sports Group in Jacksonville, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive store performance. You will act as manager on duty when the Store Manager is absent and guide a team to meet sales targets.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to work unsupervised while upholding brand standards, training programs, and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Administer the progressive steps of discipline to include verbal and written warning in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team by creating a fun and productive environment.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel.
