Job summary

Framebridge Santa Monica is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder to lead on the shop floor with a customer-first mindset. You will uphold Framebridge standards and report to the Store Manager, ensuring high-quality service and on-floor leadership.

The role requires evenings and weekends, a background as a key holder in retail or hospitality, and strong communication. A passion for design helps coach the team and elevate the customer experience.

• Experience as a key holder in customer service or retail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand
• Onboard and train retail team members
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals
• Build relationships with customers and coach team members
• Train staff in product knowledge and design advice
• Help Framebridge deliver on our happiness guarantee
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
