Framebridge is seeking a Retail Full Time Keyholder in Woodland Hills to lead the store floor with a customer-first mindset. You’ll own key-holding duties, guide teammates, and ensure a memorable Framebridge experience that drives loyalty.

You will nurture product knowledge, coach staff, and uphold service standards while collaborating with the Store Manager. This role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, and a passion for design.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Engaging personality with strong influence and communication skills.
• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment.
• Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes.
• Great time-management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing Framebridge.
• Support onboarding and training great retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities in our retail stores to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Apply excellent listening and communication skills to build relationships with customers.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers and train staff.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment.
• Offer suggestions to innovate and improve our retail experience.
