Job summary

Shinola Retail in Detroit is seeking a part-time Key Holder to enhance guest experiences and lead store operations at the Canfield Flagship. You will help coach team members, manage customer relationships in Salesforce, and contribute to daily operations with a focus on brand standards.

Responsibilities

Guest Experience: Exceed revenue targets and build relationships by providing consistent guest experience to each guest exhibiting hospitality in every interaction while executing Brand Experience standards.
Experience Leader: Lead experience standards in our stores and coach team to drive performance.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer relationships through Salesforce and build long-term profiles and outreach.
Human Resources: Support store team development and enforce company policies and procedures.
Operations: Manage store budgets, visual merchandising and loss prevention to keep the store running optimally.
