Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage cash transactions, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked.

The role involves unloading merchandise, stock replenishment, and maintaining a safe, friendly environment for customers and colleagues. The position is part-time and requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or related customer service settings preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operating documents.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
