Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Ohio LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, unload trucks, and keep the store clean while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

This role emphasizes teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced environment with productivity standards and safe practices. Prior retail or service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
