Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Ohio LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, protect assets, and keep the store stocked and clean.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Unloading trucks and stock replenishment according to productivity standards.
