This part-time role emphasizes customer focus, reliability, and teamwork. You will lift up to 50 lbs, work with store leadership, and contribute to a safe and welcoming shopping environment for all customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, bending, and moving.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team.
• Ensure store cleanliness including bathrooms and floors, and keep areas neat.
