Family Dollar Stores Of Ohio LLC seeks a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, unload merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

You will engage with customers and coworkers, delivering friendly service while protecting assets and following store procedures. This is a part-time role requiring readiness for physical tasks and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
