Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate to assist customers in Riverside, CA. You will help shoppers find items, provide solutions, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will also participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining attractive, in-stock shelves to support the store's brand promises. Role involves supporting omni-channel processes (BOPIS and Ship From Store), educating customers on surveys and rewards programs, and adhering to SOPs and company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout; handle cash with accuracy.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram activities.
• Maintain in-stock condition and merchandise recovery; handle returns/go backs.
