Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring a team member to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, engage with customers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support the business.

Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases, promoting credit and loyalty programs, upholding merchandising standards, processing merchandise, store recovery, and ensuring safety.

• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Follow operating procedures for transactions, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Cross-train across store areas to support business needs.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Assist in store recovery and maintain safety and organization.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in safety and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
