Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring retail Associates to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience in our store. You’ll engage with customers, process transactions, maintain a clean, organized sales floor, and support store operations across departments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and follow customer service principles.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prep merchandise for the floor.
• Support store recovery and maintain cleanliness.
• Adhere to labor laws and loss prevention standards.
• Participate in safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.
