Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas as needed.
• Rings up purchases/returns accurately and handles cash per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety on the sales floor.
• Assist in shrink reduction efforts and adhere to safety policies.
