Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in Ladson, South Carolina. The role involves assisting with daily store activities, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the store runs smoothly through opening/closing procedures and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities include supervising store associates, maintaining a safe and presentable storefront, and contributing to loss prevention and record-keeping.

Competenze

• High school or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.

• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
