BoxLunch in Maryland is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 to support the store leadership team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will apply your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to train and develop teammates.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience with product knowledge.
• Step in on the sales floor to support the Manager.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Understand sales plan, KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Share fashion trend information with management and HQ.
• Ensure no misuses of spells/theft is prevented.
• Keep stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Help develop a collaborative team and take on other duties.
