Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a retail team member to deliver an outstanding shopping experience while applying product knowledge and fan enthusiasm. You will cover the sales floor, assist with opening/closing duties, and process transactions to drive add-on sales like BOPIS and curbside pickup.

You will maintain the stock room, support planogram changes, and communicate trends to management. A strong focus on teamwork and loss prevention helps keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and operations skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and showcase product knowledge.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales with initiatives like BOPIS/curbside.
• Close out the register and report shortages or overages to the Store Manager.
• Understand store sales plans, KPIs, and merchandising goals.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
• Help prevent theft and maintain stock room organization.
• Develop and retain a collaborative, passionate store team.
• Participate in any other activities as assigned by the Store Leader.
