Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Drive promotion of products and customer engagement through promotions and curbside pickup.
• Provide leadership for an operationally sound store with a balance of ops and customer-first selling.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy to hit targets.
• Merchandise the store and launch promotions on time using planograms.
• Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.
