Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a part-time server to provide friendly food and beverage service, greet guests, and ensure accurate order handling. You will input orders via POS, coordinate with the kitchen, and deliver meals with courtesy and efficiency.

The role emphasizes compliance with liquor regulations, strong guest relations, and teamwork across shifts in a bustling hospitality environment. Candidates must hold a Food Handler Card and TABC license where applicable.

Qualifications

• Liquor regulations compliance for minors and intoxicated guests.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card or in process of certification.
• Hold a valid TABC license.
• Basic English proficiency to understand inquiries and give instructions.
• Ability to operate beverage equipment and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and explain specials and promotions.
• Record and repeat orders to ensure accuracy; input into POS; communicate with kitchen.
• Deliver orders to guests with appropriate condiments and attentive service.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and safety policies at all times.
• Assist in side work, restocking, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area.
