Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a team-oriented server to provide top-notch food and beverage service in a fast-paced hotel dining environment. You will greet guests, take orders, input them into the POS, and deliver meals with professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of liquor regulations and a current Food Handler Card, with strong English communication and beverage service skills.

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler Card or in the process of certification.
• Valid TABC license.
• Basic knowledge of English to understand inquiries and give instructions.
• Knowledge of standard service ware and table settings.
• Ability to remember and promote menu items.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and explain specials or promotions.
• Take and record guest orders accurately and repeat for confirmation.
• Input orders into the POS system and relay details to kitchen staff.
• Deliver orders with correct condiments and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Replenish beverages and assist with bussing and table maintenance.
• Perform side work and general cleaning to meet health standards.
• Present checks promptly and adhere to all liquor regulations.
• Assist other restaurant staff and follow all safety procedures.
