Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of relevant restaurant experience preferred.
• Restaurant management, supervisory, or shift leadership experience preferred.
• Strong food safety knowledge.
• Experience with employee scheduling.
• Busy restaurant environment experience.
• Able to follow written recipes, procedures, and instructions.
• Able to work in a standing position throughout the shift.
• English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Lead and support a team of approximately 10-15 employees.
• Maintain smooth, organized service.
• Support employee scheduling.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift responsibilities.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure employees follow established procedures and written instructions.
