Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate at our Windsor, CA resort front desk. You’ll greet guests, assist with registrations, provide room keys, and quote rates as part of our hospitality team.

Responsibilities include handling cash/credit card transactions, balancing cash, and processing check-out procedures while guiding guests and answering inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (read, write and understand).
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Assist guests from registration to checkout, issue unit keys, and confirm reservations.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete cashier responsibilities.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide room rate quotes and respond to guest inquiries quickly.
