You will handle room rate quotes, process payments, balance cash, confirm reservations, and respond quickly to inquiries while maintaining a professional appearance and friendly, can-do attitude in a fast-paced front desk environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic math and cash handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests from check-in to checkout, providing information about the resort and local attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures; balance cash receipts.
• Reserve and confirm reservations; provide room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns quickly and completely.
