Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests from arrival to checkout, offer room rate quotes, and help guests with resort information and local attractions.

You’ll handle registrations, issue unit keys, and confirm reservations while delivering high-quality service with a friendly, professional attitude. You will process cash and card transactions, balance cash receipts, and support accurate folio charges.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through registration, issue keys, and provide resort and area information.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete money handling duties.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify guest folios for charges and credits.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and thoroughly.
