Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking dedicated candidates for Per-Diem (as needed) roles of Residential Re-Entry Specialist for the Drapelick program located in Bloomfield, CT.

These positions help state and federal work release clients in a congregate setting obtain full-time employment and meet financial and self-sufficiency goals. The role involves monitoring treatment plan compliance, conducting urinalysis, documenting incidents, performing compliance checks, and supervising client movement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with relevant social service or criminal justice experience preferred.
• Ability to pass FBOP background check and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Report to work 15 minutes before shift and adhere to schedule.
• Conduct urinalysis and monitor client compliance.
• Provide updates on client issues and incidents.
• Verify items passed between shifts and ensure facility security.
• Conduct employment, job search and home confinement checks.
• Document searches, counts, movement, and intake procedures.
• Supervise client visitation and sign in/out visitors.
• Monitor self-administration of medication and daily operations.
