Job summary

Redwood Communities, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator to help residents access services, coordinate referrals, and strengthen housing stability across affordable housing communities.

You will develop resident services plans, collaborate with property teams and partners, maintain documentation, and ensure privacy and compliance with HUD and HIPAA requirements. Flexible scheduling and a supportive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of social-service delivery, case management, or resident support.
• Knowledge of HUD Multifamily housing programs and Fair Housing is beneficial.
• Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. (I-9) and eligible to work in the country.

Responsibilities

• Serve as connector, coordinator, educator, advocate, and documenter for residents while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Maintain visible office hours and ongoing relationships with residents.
• Conduct non-clinical intake and assessments to identify priorities, risks, and service needs.
• Develop or update resident services plans with participating residents and document decisions.
• Provide general or limited case management when services are unavailable elsewhere.
• Assist residents in accessing public benefits and supportive resources, with consent for sharing information.
