Job summary

Redwood Communities, Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for Shalom House in Albuquerque, NM.

This part-time role focuses on helping residents access non-clinical services, coordinating referrals, and supporting housing stability while maintaining resident dignity and privacy. The coordinator will develop resident services plans, document interactions, and collaborate with property teams and community partners to build supportive, well-connected programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in social services preferred.
• Experience delivering resident-centered services and non-clinical assessments.
• Knowledge of HUD housing programs and community resources a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident services and referrals to access non-clinical supports.
• Develop resident services plans in collaboration with residents.
• Maintain accurate, secure documentation and HUD-required reporting.
• Build partnerships with local agencies and service providers.
• Promote resident independence, dignity, and privacy in all activities.
