Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator for the assigned property in Massachusetts. The role focuses on day-to-day resident services, assessing needs, developing partnerships with service providers, supervising site programs, and supporting housing stability in collaboration with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience with senior and non-elderly disabled residents to support housing stability.
• Knowledge of mental health issues and cognitive/physical disabilities.
• Ability to build partnerships with community organizations.
• Respect for diverse cultural backgrounds in planning and programs.
• Data collection and understanding to assess programs and partnerships.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local housing policies; property management preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; Yardi and ETO knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents to support needs and goals.
• Develop partnerships and connect residents to local service providers.
• Engage residents in community-building activities that promote care and respect for property.
• Support residents at risk of housing loss.
• Assist Property Management with inspections and re-certifications.
• Collect and document services provided and outcomes.
• Manage contracts, grants, and related administrative tasks.
