Redwood Communities is seeking a part-time Resident Services Coordinator to help residents access services, strengthen housing stability, and remain independent. You will assess non-clinical needs, coordinate referrals, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with property teams and community partners.

The role emphasizes proactive resident support, development of services plans, and engagement in program activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; related experience may be accepted.
• 2–3 years of social-service delivery, case management, or resident support experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as connector, coordinator, educator, advocate, and documenter for residents.
• Maintain visible, proactive presence with clear office hours and ongoing professional relationships with residents.
• Conduct resident intake and non-clinical assessments to identify priorities, risks, strengths, and service needs.
• Develop resident services plans and document consent before sharing information.
• Make referrals with resident permission and follow up for timeliness and appropriateness.
• Coordinate on-site services, screenings, workshops, and community-building activities.
