Job summary

Project Access, Inc. is hiring a Resident Services Coordinator to enhance community life at Mayfield Place Apartments in Palo Alto. You will connect residents with services, coordinate after-school and teen programs, and deliver resident-facing workshops.

You will build partnerships with local providers, supervise volunteers, and track social impact outcomes while working in a part-time, non-exempt role. The schedule is Tue/Thu with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields; or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Experience in after-school programs or educational settings for youth and serving diverse populations.
• Proficient with MS Office; basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.

Responsibilities

• Implement programs across four initiatives: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Coordinate after-school and teen programs with homework help and enrichment.
• Plan and facilitate resident workshops and group sessions with external partners when available.
• Develop partnerships with local providers to deliver services and organize community-building events.
• Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers and interns for the Resource Center.
• Publish monthly newsletters and track program outcomes with emphasis on social impact.
