The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a Residence Life Coordinator for a 10-month live-in role at Penn State University Park. You will supervise up to 20 Resident Assistants and oversee the daily operations of residence halls housing up to 400 students.

Reporting to an Associate or Assistant Director, you will support student development, advise student organizations, and promote safe, inclusive residential communities.

Formación

• Master's degree required for the Intermediate Professional track.
• Bachelor's degree required for the Professional track.
• No prior relevant work experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and mentor Resident Assistants.
• Plan, implement, and assess residence education programs.
• Advise student organizations and guide student development.
• Support campus-wide initiatives and collaborate with campus partners.
• Assist with staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Participate in on-call duty rotation and ensure safety.
• Manage day-to-day operations of residential communities.
• Interpret and enforce university policies.
