Job summary

Aaron Services, a family-owned plumbing, heating and cooling company serving homeowners around the greater Atlanta area, is seeking a friendly Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.

This fully remote role is based in Georgia and involves handling phone calls, emails and texts, scheduling plumbing, heating and cooling appointments in ServiceTitan, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Qualifications

Respond to incoming customer contacts by phone, email, and text.
Schedule plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning appointments in ServiceTitan.
Gather and accurately record customer, property, and service information.
Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the scheduling process.
Maintain accurate customer records and support administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
